Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of leasehold properties in London, ensuring maintenance, compliance and outstanding resident service. You will manage service charges, liaise with managing agents and ensure estates are safe, clean and efficiently run.

You will visit properties as part of your role and work from our office, collaborating with building managers, housing officers and the complaints team to deliver a seamless resident experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasehold, tenancy, and property management.
• Strong communication with residents, leaseholders, and contractors.
• Ability to manage budgets and service charges transparently.
• Proactive problem solving and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of legal structures, leases, and management agreements.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for residents in your portfolio.
• Oversee service charge budgets and liaise with managing agents.
