Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of leasehold properties in London. You will manage service charges, liaise with agents and contractors, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering excellent resident service.

Key duties include resident engagement, budget management, and coordinating with building managers and housing officers. The role combines field visits with office work, and IRPM/ARMA/RICS qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous property management experience with leasehold, tenancy and service charge knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills with residents, leaseholders and contractors.
• Strong budgeting and financial management abilities for service charges and budgets.
• Proactive problem-solving approach to issues and disputes.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and take accountability for outcomes.
• Understanding of relevant leases, contracts and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of leasehold properties and service charges.
• Liaise with managing agents, contractors and internal teams to ensure high service levels.
• Conduct estate inspections, oversee repairs and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Maintain relationships with leaseholders and residents and address concerns promptly.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement and KPI delivery.
