Qualifications

• Essential: Level 4 qualification in housing or equivalent.
• Proven leadership delivering excellent services and strong KPI outcomes.
• Experience managing a housing/leasehold or property management team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support your team to deliver resident-focused services.
• Oversee managing agent performance and ensure compliance with leases and agreements.
• Use data and resident feedback to identify improvements and embed learning.
• Maintain oversight of income collection, service charges, repairs and safeguarding.
