Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will support fundraising events, encourage residents to socialise, and develop new activity ideas with a focus on kindness.

Applicants should have experience with vulnerable individuals, strong planning and IT skills, and a commitment to safeguarding. You will join a team that values inclusivity and resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Background working with vulnerable individuals, ideally developing activity programmes.
• Safeguarding training appropriate to role and willingness to undertake additional training.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities to delight Residents.
• Assist Home Manager to organise fundraising events.
• Engage Residents and care home teams to participate in activities with kindness.
