Job summary

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to bring kindness to our Dementia, Nursing and Residential care homes. You will plan and run activities to delight Residents, help the Home Manager organise fundraising events, and encourage social engagement with a warm, positive energy.

Experience with vulnerable individuals, strong planning and IT skills, and the ability to communicate with Residents and colleagues with kindness are essential.
