Job summary

HC-One is recruiting an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and run engaging activities for Residents across Dementia, Nursing, and Residential care environments. You will support fundraising efforts and help residents to socialise, all while maintaining a kind, inclusive approach.

The role requires energy, strong organisational and IT skills, and a compassionate approach to working with vulnerable adults. DBS checks and safeguarding training are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable individuals and developing activity programmes.
• Strong planning, organisational and IT skills.
• Ability to communicate with Residents and colleagues with kindness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities that delight Residents in HC-One homes.
• Assist the Home Manager with organising fundraising events.
• Support residents to socialise and participate in activities.
