Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to lead daily reservations operations and deliver memorable guest experiences in a hospitality setting.

You will oversee the reservations team, manage group blocks and inventory, and ensure accurate rooming lists and billing while maintaining top service standards for guests and colleagues across the hotel.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily reservations operations to support guest satisfaction and revenue goals
• Lead the reservations team through training, coaching and quality checks
• Manage group blocks, deadlines and inventory to align with contracts
• Support group reservation execution including rooming lists and billing
• Prepare key reports such as Group Pickup, No-Show and booking summaries
• Ensure data integrity in reservation systems and group masters
• Provide reservations support to guests and team members with exceptional service
