Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reservations operations to support guest satisfaction and hotel revenue.
• Lead the reservations team with training, coaching, and quality checks.
• Manage group blocks, inventory, and contract alignment.
• Assist with rooming lists, billing, and checklist accuracy.
• Prepare key reports such as Group Pickup, No-Show, and Channel Summary.
• Ensure data integrity in reservation systems including group masters.
• Provide reservations support to guests and team members.
