Qualifications

  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Reservations Executive to join our team. This role involves managing guest reservations, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth booking process via phone, email, and online platforms.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESERVATIONS EXECUTIVE
  • Create reservations and input data via telephone and email, ensuring accuracy and full details
  • Handle bookings from travel agents, vouchers, and credit requests, adhering to hotel policies
  • Respond promptly and accurately to guests, clients, and agents, maintaining brand standards
  • Update reservations, including cancellations and amendments
  • Check arrivals for the following day
  • Be fully familiar with rate groups and sales account procedures
  • Complete additional projects as required within the Reservations team
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
  • Experience as a reservation agent in a 4- or 5-star hotel front office or reservations department
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
  • Proficiency in reservation systems (preferably Opera) and CRM tools, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences and ensuring efficient reservation processes
