What you will do as aReservations Supervisor

Ensure to be aware of all operating systems for both reservations and switchboard, such as Avaya, Opera, Amadeus, Reserve and Tiger Uno.

Ensures guest bookings are set up correctly including personalised information

To supervise colleagues within the department (in absence of Manager), making sure that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained as stated in the Departmental Operations Manual.

Ensure that mails are answered correctly and professionally
