Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham is seeking a friendly Reservations and Events Agent to join our team. You’ll handle front-line bookings with a focus on guest satisfaction and brand standards, delivering attentive service across reservations and events.

You’ll take enquiries via phone and online, convert inquiries into sales, and maximize revenue through upselling. Flexibility across 7 days and various shifts is available, with 40 hours per week.
