Job summary

The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery in Liverpool seeks a Reservations, Groups and Event Sales Office Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, mentor the team, and drive revenue through expert handling of complex enquiries and high-profile group requests.

You will lead by example, coach Heartists to deliver 5-star service, and maximise hotel revenue through forecasting, data analysis, and proactive guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a reservations/events team in a hospitality setting.
• Strong ability to analyse data, forecast demand and coordinate sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily flow of the Reservations, Groups and Event Sales Office.
• Lead on complex high-revenue group enquiries and events from enquiry to contract.
• Monitor revenue postings and deposit requirements; ensure payment routes are followed.
