Job summary

The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery, a landmark in Liverpool, seeks a Reservations, Groups and Event Sales Office Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage high-revenue group bookings, and coach the team to deliver exceptional service.

You will lead with Opera knowledge, coordinate with Sales and Revenue teams, and ensure timely responses and contract processing to maximise hotel revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team coaching experience.
• Proven track record in high-volume reservations.
• Experience with Opera PMS and complex group bookings (Accor/MGallery brand preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily flow of Reservations, Groups and Event Sales Office.
• Lead responses to enquiries and ensure timely processing of contracts.
• Coach Heartists to deliver 5-star service and maximise hotel revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue and Operations teams to spot opportunities.
