RBH Hospitality Management Ltd, operating The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery in Liverpool, is seeking a Groups and Event Sales Office Supervisor to oversee the events and group sales desk. You will support the Manager, supervise the enquiry response flow, and ensure smooth coordination of bookings from initial contact to contract.

You will handle complex high-revenue inquiries, mentor Heartists®, and work with the Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to maximise hotel revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume event bookings or group reservations.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage deadlines.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily flow of the Groups & Events Sales Office.
• Support the Manager and respond to enquiries within agreed timeframes.
• Lead on complex group bookings and high-revenue events.
• Coordinate with Sales, Revenue and Operations teams.
• Ensure accurate payment routes and deposits are posted.
• Provide coaching to Heartists® for 5-star service.
