Job summary

Cairn Group is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to be the welcoming first contact for guests, shaping their decision to stay and setting a seamless experience from enquiry to confirmation.

You will handle enquiries and reservations via phone, email and online channels, ensuring accuracy and sharing bookings with the relevant departments. Work with Sales, M&E and Revenue teams to maximise occupancy and revenue, while delivering service excellence to all guests.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience and passion for guest service.
• Strong attention to detail in bookings and guest data.
• Ability to work with internal teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online channels.
• Manage individual and group bookings from enquiry to confirmation.
• Support Sales, M&E, and Revenue teams to maximise revenue and occupancy.
• Build relationships with regular guests and maintain high service standards.
