Cairn Group is looking for a Guest Service Assistant to welcome and assist guests across its hotels in the Greater London area. You will handle transactions, offer local insights, and contribute to a warm, home-like atmosphere.

The role may also involve reservations, sales, revenue support, food service, and supporting conference/event arrangements. Experience in hospitality and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel environment, preferably on Reception.
• Opera PMS familiarity is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills across channels.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relations abilities.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage routine and non-routine tasks.
• High attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions and guest inquiries to ensure a friction-free experience.
• Provide local insights and anticipate guest needs.
• Assist with reservations, sales and revenue tasks.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks as needed.
• Organise conference and events facilities.
