Cairn Group is seeking a Front of House supervisor to oversee guest experiences across our hotels. You will lead a team to deliver warm, efficient service, maintaining brand standards and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Ideal candidates will have hotel Front of House experience, strong leadership and excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle routine and unexpected challenges while maintaining accuracy and timing.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel/Front of House experience required.
• Strong leadership skills to support and develop the team.
• Customer service focus to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Clear, confident communication across formats.
