What Youll Do

Reservations & Coordination:

  • Manage all bedroom reservations enquiries from enquiry to confirmation
  • Ensure accurate input, amendments and cancellations across all systems
  • Act as a key point of contact for guests, agents and corporate clients
  • Convert individual and group bedroom enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Maximise revenue through upselling room types, packages and add-ons
  • Support promotional offers and rate strategies in line with Revenue goals

  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance and attention to detail
  • Deliver professional, friendly and timely communication at all times
