Job summary

Sofitel Heathrow - Arora Group is seeking Reservation Agents to deliver exceptional guest service, handling reservations, changes and cancellations with warmth and precision.

You'll use Opera PMS and related tools, provide accurate room information, and upsell packages while maintaining a calm, professional approach in a busy luxury hotel environment near Heathrow.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and high service standards.
• Able to handle bookings via phone and email.
• Experience in luxury hotel reservations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with reservation requests, changes and cancellations by phone and email.
• Provide knowledge of hotel rooms and facilities and upsell rates and packages.
• Input and access data in the reservations system.
• Maximize sales and room occupancy.

Salary – £27,040 plus TroncHoliday – 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, enhanced after 5 years of service.

What you will do

• Reservation Agents in our team are passionate about customer service. They demonstrate warmth and excellent communication when guests get in touch.
• They are confident in their knowledge of the hotel rooms and facilities and at ease when recommending rates and packages to our guests.
• Assisting our guests in a courteous and efficient manner with their reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone and email.
• Answer questions about the hotel Imputing and accessing data in our reservations system.
• Maximizing sales and room occupancy.
