Job summary

Celtic Manor Resort in Newport, United Kingdom, is seeking a Reservations Agent to join our Sales and Revenue team. You will handle calls and help create a memorable guest experience prior to arrival, while showcasing excellent telephone manners and rapport-building.

As Reservations Agent, you will be taking calls and creating a memorial experience for each guest prior to their arrival. Your responsibilities also include exploring guest needs, assisting with amendments and cancellations, problem solving and using sales techniques to enhance the guest stay across the Collection
