Palé Hall in Snowdonia National Park is seeking a Reservations Agent for its Front of House team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in and check-out in a luxury country house hotel setting.

We are currently seeking a polished and professional Reservations Agent to join our Front of House team. This role combines hosting and reception duties, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and seamless service from arrival to departure.

About the Role
As a member of our Reservations team, you will be the first point of contact for all guests, providing a professional welcome while supporting reception operations and overall front of house service. You will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and maintaining the high standards expected within a luxury hospitality environment.
