Job summary

Palé Hall is seeking a polished, confident Receptionist to join our Front of House team at this AA Five Red Star country house hotel in Snowdonia. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warmth, discretion and professionalism to ensure memorable stays.

The role requires flexible early/late weekend shifts, strong IT and administrative skills, and proven hospitality experience. Full-time permanent position with on-site parking and generous employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• Able to commute to Palé Hall for early and late shifts.
• Committed to delivering thoughtful, attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Answer queries and liaise with hotel departments.
• Maintain professional appearance and high standards of personal presentation.
• Handle guest accounts and cash/card transactions.
• Manage reservations for rooms, restaurant and private dining.
• Provide handover to next shift ensuring continuity.
