KIMS Hospital in Kent is seeking a Reservations Administrator to join our Reservations Team. You will coordinate bookings for inpatients, outpatients, and imaging, liaising with patients, medical secretaries, consultants, and insurers to ensure smooth operations.
You will work 8-hour shifts from 08:00 to 20:00 on weekdays and a Saturday rota, with a focus on accuracy, patient care, and efficient administration within a private healthcare setting.
Shifts: 8 hour shifts between the hours of 08:00 – 20:00 Monday to Friday and 1 Saturday in four 08:00 – 16:00 on a rota basis.
