The role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented graduate to join our Portsmouth office, supporting high-profile search mandates within the Health and Care sector. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Executive Search team with research for live mandates and market mapping projects
• Tracking progress and maintaining data to build a comprehensive database and talent pool
• Providing progress updates and reports to stakeholders
• Engaging proactively with prospective candidates using head-hunting techniques
• Managing candidate engagement and relationships post-initial screening
• Collaborating with partners to produce shortlists and candidate profiles
• Expanding market knowledge through events, literature, and team expertise
