• Providing research support for live mandates and market-mapping projects

• Reporting to stakeholders through qualitative and quantitative updates
• Engaging proactively with prospective candidates using head-hunting techniques
• Managing candidate engagement and relationships after initial screening
• Producing shortlists and candidate profiles with partners
• Expanding market knowledge through events, literature, and team expertise
