The Role

We are seeking a diligent graduate to join our Portsmouth office, supporting market research and delivering on key search mandates within the Health and Care sector.

• Assist the Executive Search team with research for live mandates and market mapping projects.
• Maintain and develop a database and talent pool by tracking progress and recording data.
• Provide progress and update reports to stakeholders, including qualitative and quantitative data.
• Engage proactively with prospective candidates using head-hunting techniques.
• Manage candidate engagement and relationships after initial screening.
• Collaborate with partners to produce shortlists and candidate profiles.
• Enhance your market knowledge through events, literature, and team expertise.
