The role

We are seeking a dedicated graduate to join our Portsmouth office, supporting high-profile search mandates within the Health and Care sector by providing market insights and research support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Executive Search team with research for live mandates and market mapping projects
• Tracking progress and maintaining data to build a comprehensive database and talent pool
• Preparing reports for stakeholders, including qualitative and quantitative updates
• Engaging proactively with prospective candidates using head-hunting techniques
• Managing candidate engagement and relationships after initial screening
• Collaborating with partners to produce candidate shortlists and profiles
• Expanding market knowledge through events, literature, and team expertise
