The role

We are seeking a diligent and proactive graduate to join our Portsmouth office, supporting high-profile search mandates within the Health and Care sector. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Executive Search team with research for live mandates and market mapping
• Tracking progress and maintaining a database of talent pools
• Providing progress reports to stakeholders
• Engaging with prospective candidates through head-hunting techniques
• Managing candidate engagement and relationships post-screening
• Assisting in producing shortlists and candidate profiles
• Enhancing market knowledge through events and literature
