We are seeking a diligent graduate to join our Portsmouth office, providing market insights and support for high-profile search mandates within the Health and Care sector. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Executive Search team with research for live mandates and market mapping
• Tracking progress and maintaining a database of potential candidates
• Providing reports to stakeholders
• Engaging with prospective candidates using head-hunting techniques
• Candidate engagement and relationship management
• Assisting in producing candidate shortlists and profiles
• Expanding market knowledge through events and literature
