Are you a Retail Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager ready for your next challenge? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping operations running smoothly? If so, B&M has the perfect opportunity for you. We’re recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Lincoln! You'll play a key role in maintaining high store standards through efficient stock management, strong leadership, and hands‑on teamwork.

The shift pattern for this role will be 4pm-12am.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Lead and train the replenishment team to deliver excellent availability and store presentation
  • Manage deliveries efficiently and ensure stock is worked quickly and accurately
  • Oversee warehouse and back‑of‑house operations, including stock control and safety
  • Support promotional and seasonal activities
  • Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and operational standards
  • Drive KPIs and maintain high performance throughout the team
