Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is looking for a Replenishment Manager at our New Rayleigh store to lead stock flow and ensure shelves are consistently stocked for customers.

This hands-on leadership role covers deliveries through to the shop floor, requiring flexibility across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends as part of permanent full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes.
• Hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach.
• Ability to work at pace and keep your team focused and motivated.
• Confidence to prioritise, problem-solve, and make decisions quickly.

Join B&M as a Replenishment Manager in our New Rayleigh store and play a key role in keeping our store stocked, organised, and ready for our customers!

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

It’s a permanent, full-time role, with flexibility required across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends because great availability never sleeps!
