Job summary

B&M Retail in Rayleigh is seeking a hands-on Replenishment Manager to own stock flow from deliveries to the shop floor. This permanent, full-time role requires flexible early mornings, days, evenings and weekends to keep shelves full and customers happy.

You will lead a small team, ensure stock is well organised, monitor availability, and respond quickly to changes in stock levels. Join a growing retailer with real opportunities to progress.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you'll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time. It's a permanent, full-time role, with flexibility required across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends because great availability never sleeps! What you’ll be doing
