Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Replenishment Manager for our Somercotes store in Alfreton. This hands-on leadership role will own stock flow and replenishment across the store, ensuring shelves are full and ready for customers.

You will lead and organise your team, oversee deliveries to the shop floor, and adapt quickly to changing stock levels. A proactive, motivational approach helps drive availability and productivity in a busy retail environment.
