Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Sunderland is seeking a Replenishment Manager at our Roker store to own stock flow and keep shelves fully stocked for customers. This hands-on leadership role covers deliveries through to the shop floor, ensuring correct placement and timing.

You will lead your team to work efficiently and safely, respond quickly to stock changes, and drive productivity targets while maintaining an inviting, clean shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes.
• Hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach.
• Ability to work at pace and keep your team focused and motivated.
• Confidence to prioritise, problem-solve, and make decisions quickly.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

It’s a permanent, full-time role, with flexibility required across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends because great availability never sleeps!
