Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Doncaster is seeking a hands-on Replenishment Manager to lead stock flow across the store and keep shelves full and inviting for customers.

You will manage deliveries, organise your team, and drive availability and productivity targets in a fast-paced retail environment, with flexible hours across mornings, days, evenings and weekends. Join us to help customers find what they need, every day.

Join B&M as a Replenishment Manager in our Doncaster store and play a key role in keeping our store stocked, organised, and ready for our customers!

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

It’s a permanent, full-time role, with flexibility required across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends because great availability never sleeps!
