Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Stourport-on-Severn is seeking a Replenishment Manager to lead stock flow and keep shelves stocked for customers. This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends as store demand shifts.

You’ll own replenishment, drive availability, and coach your team to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll be empowered to plan, prioritise and respond quickly to stock changes while ensuring the shop

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.
