Join B&M as a Replenishment Manager in our Hindpool Road, Barrow-in-Furness store and play a key role in keeping our store stocked, organised, and ready for our customers!

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

It’s a permanent, full-time role, with flexibility required across evenings and weekends because great availability never sleeps!

What you’ll be doing

• Owning stock replenishment, ensuring shelves are full and ready for customers
• Leading and organising your team to work efficiently and safely
• Keeping the shop floor well-stocked, tidy, and easy to shop
• Planning and reacting quickly to changing stock levels
• Driving availability and productivity targets
