Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Replenishment Manager for our Clifton store. This hands-on leadership role owns stock flow and replenishment across the store, from deliveries to the shop floor, ensuring items are in the right place at the right time.

You will lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment, maintain full shelves, and respond swiftly to changing stock levels to drive availability and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes.
• Hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach.
• Ability to work at pace and keep your team focused and motivated.
• Confidence to prioritise, problem-solve, and make decisions quickly.

It’s a permanent, full-time role, with flexibility required across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends because great availability never sleeps!
