Job summary

B&M Retail in New Acton is seeking a Replenishment Manager to lead stock flow, keep shelves full and ensure smooth store operations. You will manage stock across deliveries to the shop floor with hands-on leadership.

You will manage a small team, coordinate deliveries and plan for busy periods, with flexibility across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends to keep customers stocked.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Understanding stock control, deliveries and replenishment processes.
• Hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach.
• Ability to work at pace and keep the team focused and motivated.
• Confidence to prioritise, problem-solve and make quick decisions.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you'll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

It's a permanent, full-time role, with flexibility required across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends because great availability never sleeps!
