Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Replenishment Manager for our Hindpool Road, Barrow-in-Furness store. This permanent, full-time role leads stock flow from deliveries to the shop floor, ensuring shelves are full and ready for customers.

You will manage a frontline team, organise workloads, and respond quickly to stock level changes, keeping the store efficient, well-organised and customer-friendly. Evening/weekend flexibility is required as part of a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Knowledge of stock control, deliveries and replenishment processes.
• Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
• Ability to work at pace and motivate a team.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

It’s a permanent, full‑time role, with flexibility required across evenings and weekends because great availability never sleeps!
