B&M Retail Limited in Pontypridd is seeking a hands-on Replenishment Manager to own stock availability, deliveries and shop floor standards in a fast-paced retail environment. We're looking for a driven and hands-on Replenishment Manager to join our Brown Lennoxstore. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives on organisation, enjoys developing teams and takes pride in delivering excellent availability and operational standards.

As a key member of the store management team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring products are available for customers whenever they visit. Leading your replenishment team from the front, you'll oversee stock flow, deliveries and replenishment activity, ensuring the store remains well-stocked, organised and ready to trade.
