Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Coatbridge is seeking a Replenishment Manager to lead stock flow from deliveries to the shop floor. You’ll own replenishment, supervise a small team, and ensure shelves are full, neatly presented, and easy to shop.

This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends to keep availability high and customers served efficiently. You’ll champion fast, accurate stock handling and teamwork.

• Understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes.
