Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group Limited is representing a maintenance contractor recruiting a Repairs Supervisor for the property services division in Hertfordshire. The role demands day-to-day supervision of operatives and management of reactive repairs and void refurbishments across scattered housing properties.

You will lead a large team of direct operatives and subcontractors, coordinate workload with the program and ensure health & safety standards are upheld on site.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising operatives or maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures in housing repairs.
• Ability to price works using NHF SOR methodology.

Job description

Fortus Recruitment are currently representing a maintenance contractor who are looking for a Repairs Supervisor to join their property services division.

This position is working on a newly won contract based in the Hertfordshire. They will be delivering a reactive works repair service as well as void refurbishments to scattered housing properties. You would be responsible for a large team of direct operatives as well as sub contractors when required.
