Job summary

The role demands day-to-day supervision of operatives and management of reactive repairs and void refurbishments across scattered housing properties.

You will lead a large team of direct operatives and subcontractors, coordinate workload with the program and ensure health & safety standards are upheld on site.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising operatives or maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures in housing repairs.
• Ability to price works using NHF SOR methodology.
