Job summary

MMP Consultancy is seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to lead a team of trades operatives and subcontractors delivering void property refurbishment works for a social housing contractor.

You will ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery, maintain client and resident communication, and uphold health and safety standards, with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams within social housing.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points).

Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join a leading social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis. You will be responsible for supervising a team of operatives and subcontractors delivering void property refurbishment works.

• Ensure all void works are completed to the required quality, safety, and timescale standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience supervising teams within a social housing.

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (maximum 6 points).
