Nuco Solutions Ltd in Enfield is seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to manage directly employed operatives in social housing repairs. You will coordinate with Contracts Managers and Schedulers to deliver high-quality repairs on time and within budget.

The role requires hands-on trade experience, supervisory background, and willingness to work out-of-hours as required; a Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or line management experience in a reactive repairs environment with directly employed operatives.
• Social housing experience.
• Hands on trade experience.
• Familiarity with mobile technology and IT systems (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to motivate staff.
• Willingness to work out-of-hours when required.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
