Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join our responsive repairs team in Harrow. The role offers a permanent opportunity following a temporary arrangement, with a £40,000 basic salary, a company van and a fuel card.

You will oversee day-to-day repairs operations on a social housing contract, lead operatives and subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time and to high standards, while maintaining excellent resident relations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Repairs Supervisor within social housing.
• Strong knowledge of responsive repairs and maintenance services.
• Experience managing direct labour and subcontractors.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Monitor productivity, quality, and performance against KPIs.
