RG Setsquare in Wembley is seeking an experienced Repair Supervisor to oversee responsive repairs and maintenance across a social housing contract. You will lead a team of operatives, ensure timely, safe completion of works, and deliver excellent resident service.

The role focuses on supervising multi-trade operatives, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining high-quality standards to meet KPIs and SLAs. Excellent communication and leadership are essential for success.

Repair Supervisor

Location: Wembley, London

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (42.5 hours per week)

Pay: £26.57ph UMB (Contract to permanent)

£45000 Annually when permanent
