Job summary

Schools’ Choice is seeking a Repairs Service Administrator to join our team at Crossgate House, Redditch. This office-based role is a temporary 3 month contract with potential extension and offers an hourly rate of £13.69.

You will coordinate repair service requests, schedule appointments, maintain records, liaise with clients and technicians, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a service or repairs environment.
• Proficiency with office software and scheduling tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate repair service requests efficiently, ensuring timeline, communication with clients and technicians.
• Schedule appointments and allocate resources to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service activities, work orders, and customer interactions.
• Liaise with technicians, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and updates.
