We are recruiting for a Repairs Scheduling Manager to lead a centralised Scheduling function across multiple contracts, ensuring resources are planned, deployed and utilised efficiently to deliver a high-quality service to residents and clients.

The role sits in a newly centralised scheduling model and requires strong leadership to embed consistent

Qualifications

• Experience leading a scheduling or resource coordination function.
• Background in social housing repairs or facilities management.
• Understanding reactive repairs workflows.
• Experience using scheduling or job management systems (e.g., FLS).
• Experience supervising scheduling teams.
• Strong IT skills with MS Office 365.

Responsabilités

• Lead a centralised Scheduling Team across multiple contracts.
• Plan and allocate operatives and subcontractors to maximise productivity.
• Align scheduling priorities with contract requirements with managers and supervisors.
• Escalation point for complex scheduling issues and resident complaints.
• Monitor KPIs, resource utilisation and service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes and systems.
• Coach schedulers to maintain standards and performance.
